IT Manager Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Manage IT staff and oversee network infrastructure across various sites, including switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and site-to-site VPNs. Administer Windows, Linux, and VMware ESXi servers while managing storage area networks and testing disaster recovery processes. Lead an IT Security Awareness program, maintain vendor relationships for critical business systems, and provide onsite and remote technical assistance for 120 users. Resolve issues promptly and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure road map to ensure compliance with all policy requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of networking including management of enterprise grade Cisco and Brocade equipment
- Experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft enterprise technologies (e.g. Office 365, GPO, Exchange, SharePoint, MDT/WDS, WSUS)
- 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server (2003-2016) and Linux servers (SuSE, Ubuntu, Debian)
- 5+ years of experience managing a VMware ESXi virtualized infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience managing storage area networks (EMC, Dell, QNAP)
- 5+ years of experience managing database servers including MS SQL, MySQL, and HANA
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Experience as a Network Administrator using Aruba Networks & Cisco Switches
- Experience/Certification(s) with Fortigate Firewalls, configuring VDOM's, HA, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of premise and cloud-based systems

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to keep up to date on emerging technologies and security risks
