Job Summary
Manage computer hardware and software performance while serving as the primary contact for system installations, troubleshooting, and regular reporting to leadership. Maintain LAN and POS systems, evaluate vendor proposals, and safeguard infrastructure against cyberthreats. Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to pass expertise to the hotel team. Ensure all systems adhere to approved technology standards and PCI DSS security protocols. Requires a diploma in Computer Science or IT with four years of experience in set-up and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
- 4 years' related experience with computer set-up and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases
- Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
- Great communication skills
- You'll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
