Job Summary
Design and implement complex enterprise solutions by collaborating with IT application owners to gather requirements, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and manage vendor contracts including MSAs and NDAs. Lead solution design meetings, facilitate project tracking, and oversee approvals for software and hardware while managing time, money, and risk to achieve business goals. Assist in incident resolution, evaluate new technologies, and guide team members toward achieving operational efficiency. This role bridges technical and business needs, requiring experience in distribution or retail industries and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
