Job Summary
Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of Skylo’s internal IT infrastructure, corporate networks, and employee productivity tools. Bridge day-to-day global corporate IT operations with the specialized cloud-networking needs of engineering teams. Bring hands-on technical proficiency, support a distributed workforce, and drive the adoption of modern AI tools to streamline IT workflows. Focus areas include global infrastructure management across offices and remote workers, IAM provisioning, security/compliance with SOC 2 readiness, SaaS vendor management (Slack/Jira/Confluence/GitHub/Zoom), helpdesk operations with actionable SLOs, and disaster recovery planning. Strong emphasis on enterprise networking, macOS management via MDM, and cloud-first operations, plus experience in telecom/cloud-infrastructure contexts and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive IT experience
- At least 2 years in IT Lead or Managerial capacity
- Experience administering mixed-OS environments with emphasis on corporate macOS fleets
- Cloud-first operations (Google Workspace/Enterprise)
- Strong enterprise networking knowledge (Firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust, VLANs)
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (JIRA)
- Experience integrating AI workflows to optimize IT operations
- Ability to bridge global IT operations with engineering teams
