Job Summary
Own the Trimble Spectrum ERP platform as the primary technical and functional resource, providing daily Tier 1–3 IT support across Microsoft 365, hardware, endpoints, and enterprise applications. Manage user provisioning, role-based access, system configuration, and escalated issue resolution while maintaining documentation and supporting service desk operations. Optimize workflows and reporting accuracy for finance, operations, and project teams, ensuring data integrity across integrated systems and business units. Lead Spectrum onboarding for newly acquired companies, including data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and go-live coordination. This role combines ERP application management, system integration, and service desk operations to ensure system reliability and optimized business processes for the electrical design and construction team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including service desk, infrastructure, and enterprise application support
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and managing Trimble Spectrum ERP
- Experience providing Tier 1–3 IT support in a service desk environment
- Experience supporting SaaS enterprise applications and vendor-managed platforms
- Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, or data migrations
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting systems and construction/project-based ERP
- Experience in multi-entity or acquisition-driven environments
- Experience with integrations and data migration tools
- Exposure to audit/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, financial controls)
