Job Summary
IT Manager for PASO Home Study/Post Release Services Program in Phoenix, AZ, handling all technology issues for the program including setting up computers, troubleshooting IT problems, internet/phone systems, remote learning, court hearings, and lawyer meetings, plus ensuring data safety and security across the program. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 3-5 years networking experience and knowledge of Microsoft Server, Cisco, and Active Directory; able to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test. Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree required
- 3-5 years of networking experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Cisco, Active Directory or similar computer networks
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Be able to pass criminal background check
- Drug screen (We no longer test for THC)
- Physical and TB test
