Job Summary
IT Manager responsible for handling all technology issues related to the program, including setting up computers, troubleshooting IT issues, internet and phone systems, and remote learning/court hearings/lawyer meetings; ensure data safety and security across the program. Requires BS/BA, 5 years experience (may substitute for degree), fluent in English and Spanish, 3-5 years of networking experience, knowledge of Microsoft server, Cisco, Active Directory, and related security and software license considerations; includes benefits and growth opportunities. The role supports a mission-driven program focused on migrant services and family reunification, with a strong emphasis on information security and reliable technology operations.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree required
- minimum of five years of related experience may be substituted for a four-year college degree
- Be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 3-5 years of networking experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft server, Cisco, Active Directory or similar computer networks
- computer network hardware and peripheral equipment
- federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software
- computer and/or network security systems
- applications, procedures and techniques
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
