Job Summary
Develop and implement the comprehensive technology vision and IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee infrastructure performance, and manage technical teams to ensure effective project delivery. Identify emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and build strategic partnerships with vendors. Prepare the annual technology budget, manage information security and compliance, and represent the technology function in senior leadership meetings. This role requires 4+ years of IT management experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, and proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT management, technology leadership, digital transformation, or related technology roles
- Experience in leading IT teams, technical teams, software development teams, or digital product teams
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems management, digital platforms, and technology operations
- Experience in information security, data protection, compliance, and vendor management
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to improve systems and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership and translate business needs into technology solutions
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities
- High level of ownership and professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be an advantage
- Previous experience in digital platforms, financial services, telecommunications, IT solutions, or technology-driven environment is preferred
