Job Summary
IT Manager to lead the school’s technology operations and strategy in Luxembourg, overseeing cybersecurity, data protection, infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IT service delivery. Responsible for building and guiding an IT team, managing budgets and vendor contracts, supporting teachers and staff, driving digital transformation, and aligning IT with the school’s educational and administration goals. Requires 5+ years in IT management, a relevant degree, strong leadership, and English fluency. Experience in international or educational environments and PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT managerial role
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Broad technical knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Native-level English is mandatory
