Job Summary
Senior IT Manager responsible for both strategic IT direction and day-to-day technology operations across MetCap Living Management’s multi-region real-estate operations. Oversees company-wide systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user technology, including phone systems, VoIP, and corporate mobile devices, while remaining hands-on in system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation. Leads IT staff, manages vendor relationships, drives IT projects (e.g., phone system upgrades, new property deployments, software integrations), and ensures policies, standards, and documentation are maintained to support operational needs across residential properties.
