Job Summary
Manage and maintain Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/On-Prem) while monitoring system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime. Implement security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and SIP protocols, and handle deployment, scaling, and optimization of IT infrastructure. Lead the IT team, ensuring smooth internal and client coordination, SLA compliance, and quick incident resolution. Troubleshoot VoIP, dialer, and contact center issues, and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and failover mechanisms. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for product releases, while documenting network diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 Years
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP)
- Hands-on experience in Linux Administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Experience with MySQL / MariaDB
- Solid understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, VPN)
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Client communication and escalation handling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in multi-server and high-availability environments
- Certifications such as RHCE / RHCSA / CCNA
- Experience in product-based IT or telecom company
