Job Summary
Manages company-wide information technology operations, infrastructure, and support services in a fast-paced remote environment. Leads IT operations, provides strategic direction, ensures reliability and security of internal IT systems, and communicates IT priorities to leadership. Responsible for developing IT policies, mentoring IT staff, improving organizational technology practices, and coordinating technology initiatives. The role requires coordinating with leadership, managing hardware/software/enterprise systems, supporting internal users, and proactively identifying operational and technology risks while aligning with organizational priorities and best practices.
