Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all technology-related efforts, including maintaining IT asset lifecycles, purchasing solutions, and administering user IDs and passwords. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to safeguard dealership systems, manage security infrastructure for compliance, and conduct vulnerability assessments. Install software and hardware updates, provide IT support and troubleshooting across all locations, and deliver cybersecurity awareness training. Recruit, select, and train staff while guiding remediation of identified vulnerabilities to maintain a secure environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, relevant certifications, and willingness to travel to company locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with ability to train others in technology solutions
- Experience with Cisco routers, servers, firewalls, and network technology
- Strong knowledge and experience with Azure & AWS and relevant cloud technologies
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must be physically able to perform minor lifting of equipment, climbing or crawling to install equipment and run cables and occasionally long periods of time sitting at a workstation
- Must be willing to travel to company locations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, background check and MVR review
- Must be insurable as it requires travel to all Gooseneck locations
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure, AWS, or OSCP (Certified Security or networking specialty are highly desirable)
