IT Manager

Lead MES software engineers to deliver core manufacturing execution capabilities within a single execution engine spanning MES, software development services, and machine connectivity. Drive engineering excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and AI-augmented development to deliver predictable, high-quality manufacturing solutions at scale. Own the MES development operating model, embed AI across the SDLC, enforce TDD as the default quality strategy, and ensure MES teams deliver production-ready software aligned to manufacturing outcomes. Responsibilities include guiding MES teams from requirements to release and sustainment, aligning end-to-end development lifecycle, establishing a single pipeline from machine signals to business outcomes, driving AI-assisted coding, AI-generated tests, debugging, and code navigation, defining governance for responsible AI use, mentoring engineers across global teams, and managing financial forecasting and cost management within IT. Knowledge of safety, health, and security procedures, plus collaboration with internal/external customers to drive operational efficiencies, are expected.
