Job Summary
Hands-on IT Manager leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the division’s information systems across the Food Machines and Global Weigh & Wrap divisions, including support for global IT systems. Oversees IT operations (help desk, security, networks, endpoints), ensures security & compliance audits, manages IT budgets and vendor contracts, coordinates IT projects across two locations, collaborates with the Segment IT Director to leverage corporate systems, and guides IT staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science, 10+ years in information systems with 5+ years in management, strong infrastructure/networking knowledge (firewalls, Active Directory), Azure VM experience, cybersecurity best practices, ERP experience (Epicor), and disaster recovery/business continuity planning. Travel and off-hours work may be required. On-site role located in Troy, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science
- 10+ years in Information Systems
- 5+ years as a manager with direct reports
- strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking technologies
- experience with firewalls and Active Directory
- Azure virtual machines
- cybersecurity best practices
- ERP systems (Epicor)
- disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- strong communication/leadership/team-building skills
