Job Summary
IT Manager responsible for maintaining the global network, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support across global offices. Role includes providing on-site end-user support for users based in San Francisco and Menlo Park, managing system updates and security patching, firewall and DNS/routing configurations, and collaborating with the IT team on technical initiatives. Requires strong problem-solving, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and excellent written/documentation skills. Primary responsibilities include supporting core cloud applications (Office 365, Box.com, Okta), desktop support, system administration, and Windows/MacOS platforms, with emphasis on security practices and Active Directory Environments. Requires 4-7 years of experience, 2- or 4-year degree, and Authorization to work in the US. Flexible to occasional remote work; travel to Menlo Park 3–4 days per month. Based in SF office and 5 days/week on-site.

- 4-7 years of experience in IT/Managerial role
- Authorized to work in the US
- Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Financial Services or other Professional Services
