Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate technical resources for onboarding, including equipment delivery, installation, and safe disposal. Manage local infrastructure by overseeing office cabling, server room resources, and environmental conditions while handling printer agreements and security access. Provide direct onsite support for physical interventions and serve as the main point of contact for incident solving, power supply shortages, and massive critical events. Coordinate with corporate IT teams to implement local solutions, monitor system access, and support IT audits.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3-5 years of experience in technical support
- Associate degree or higher in IT
- BS in IT

- CompTIA A+ certification
- Network+ certification
- Security+ certification
- Microsoft certification
- BS in IT (preferred)
- Self-starter
- proactive
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Service oriented
- good social skills
- Ability to transmit directions and training for users
