Job Summary
IT Manager Europe responsible for leading the digital transformation and AI initiatives across Europe. Oversee IT operations, data strategy, cybersecurity, and system integration, while steering ERP evolution and the standardization of Sales & Marketing systems across Europe. Drive best-in-class cybersecurity and IT infrastructure aligned with EU regulations (NIS2, GDPR). Partner with business leaders to align IT with strategic goals and build a future-proof IT landscape that enhances performance and customer experience. Requires strategic yet hands-on leadership with 10+ years in international IT leadership, extensive ERP/CRM/BI and integration experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries in a manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in an international or multi-country environment
- Strong experience with ERP, CRM, BI (Power BI), and system integrations
- Proven track record in digital transformation and AI implementation
- Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing technology ecosystems
- Hands-on, results-driven mindset with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in manufacturing contexts is a strong plus
