Job Summary
Manage and continuously improve IT infrastructure across HQ and branch offices, including networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, storage, and telephony. Administer Microsoft 365 services, oversee cybersecurity protocols, and lead the IT support function to ensure efficient issue resolution and timely access management for new joiners and leavers. Oversee vendor contracts, maintain the IT asset register, control the annual budget, and plan infrastructure projects such as office expansions and network upgrades. Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring critical processes are documented and cross-trained in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity
- Experience managing IT support teams, vendors, budgets and infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of information security, access management, backup and disaster recovery
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
