Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive technology strategy to support e-commerce growth and broader business goals. Establish long-term system and app development roadmaps focusing on scalable architecture, while driving technology alignment with business objectives to optimize operational efficiencies. Oversee large-scale project management for SAP ERP systems, middleware, and front-end/back-office management, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability. Direct system architecture, establish best practices for data security and infrastructure, and manage the technology team to foster a collaborative culture. Drive global technology initiatives to set up scalable infrastructure supporting international expansion and facilitate security and compliance frameworks for new markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in technology management
- Strong background in leading and managing large-scale e-commerce and ERP/SAP systems projects
- Proven track record in overseeing technology roadmaps, system integration, and e-commerce platform growth
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP system setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience in supporting enterprise-level digital transformations
