Job Summary
Oversee administration, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems including SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify while ensuring reliability and addressing technical issues. Lead IT projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets for system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy across systems, develop reporting tools for actionable insights, and implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and meet industry compliance standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay current with industry trends to enhance system functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in IT management
- Proven experience in managing SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce platforms
- Extensive experience with SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify platforms
- Proficient in database management, system integration, and data analysis tools
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
