IT Manager, Commercial Applications (Salesforce O2C)

Job Summary
Manage IT teams supporting commercial applications and integrations for Order to Cash processes, including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and custom e-commerce platforms. Coordinate technical delivery teams and third-party partners while liaising with global shared teams to ensure project deliverables meet business priorities. Lead recruitment, goal setting, and performance management for all people management processes, ensuring expectations for project, small change, and production support demands are fulfilled. Collaborate with Project Managers and Production Support to manage incident resolution SLAs, production releases, and defect management cycles. Represent EMEA regional IT needs with global technical architecture teams while ensuring compliance with IT policies and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processing, including how Salesforce integrates with downstream Order management systems and e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical role earlier in career (e.g. developer, integration engineer or solutions architect) before moving into management, with ability to provide technical oversight and governances as needed
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing applications and or integrations teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (config, integrations or development) is essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of various Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid SDLC processes
- Vendor Management, incl Statements of Work, Budgeting, Invoicing etc
- Experience of IT application support processes (ITIL)
- Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills
- Drive and enthusiasm with ability to see the bigger picture
- Ability to work flexibly in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Worked in global setting dealing with multi-discipline teams in multiple time zones
- Requires a degree in a technical discipline
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
- Must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km)
Desired Qualifications
- Service-Now and JIRA or equivalent desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce sales Cloud and Oracle Fusion beneficial as it is now added as required above
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
