Job Summary
Own end-to-end IT lifecycle for global employees, including onboarding, device provisioning, and offboarding. Manage the Apple fleet via JAMF Pro for application distribution, patching, and zero-touch enrollment while overseeing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. Deploy and monitor EDR tooling across the endpoint fleet, partnering with security on hardening and incident response. Lead a small team to deliver responsive support to remote and satellite offices, negotiate vendor contracts, and automate repetitive workflows to improve reliability and the employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of IT experience within SaaS / technology companies
- hands-on ownership of IT operations in a scaling environment
- Proven experience administering JAMF (Jamf Pro) for macOS/Apple fleet
- application distribution and management
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office 365
- Zoom
- EDR / endpoint security tooling
- Experience managing global endpoint fleets
- procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of laptops and equipment
- Track record owning vendor, consultant, and outsourced-partner relationships

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Admin, Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA)
- Scripting / automation skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for provisioning and workflow automation
- Familiarity with IAM/SSO platforms (e.g., Okta)
- MDM for mixed macOS/Windows fleets
