Job Summary
Manage and direct a local IT team within classified and unclassified environments, collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives. Lead a team responsible for IT systems and security, ensuring compliance and assessing technology effectiveness while managing multiple IT projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in IT roles, leadership experience, and hands-on technical expertise in diverse IT environments. Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related subject or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on system and/or network administration and/or business application development/maintenance
- A minimum of 0-3 years of leadership experience, can include project or other indirect leadership assignments
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, coaching, and training others
- Previous experience working on classified systems
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present clear, concise objectives
- Proven ability to unravel complex technical solutions and provide recommendations to the business
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with various system applications, network, and cloud infrastructure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) environment is a plus
- Proven experience in understanding system and network protocols within a highly regulated environment; experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain higher level clearances including a CI poly
