Job Summary
Assure plant-wide monitoring of production equipment, prevent downtime, and maintain cybersecurity resilience for the Brose New Boston Plant. Supervise two IT User and System Supporters while planning, administering, and configuring plant infrastructure including virtual servers, network storage, switches, routers, VoIP systems, and workstations. Manage software distribution, time and attendance equipment, and video conferencing systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field with twenty-four months of experience administering plant IT infrastructures. Full-time permanent role starting August 25, 2026, located in New Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related
- Twenty-four months' experience as IT Support Engineer, IT Coordinator, IT Manager, or related
- Experience administering and assuring proper configuration, functioning, installation, and support of plant IT infrastructures including virtual/backup servers
- Experience with network storage systems
- Experience with switches
- Experience with routers/telecommunication equipment
- Experience with wired and wireless networks
- Experience with production devices
- Experience with workstations
- Experience with client end devices with software distribution systems
- Experience with video/audio conferencing systems
- Experience with iET ticket system
