Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day IT team operations, manage projects, and ensure data security while providing technical support and implementing systems. Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance metrics to maintain an open communication culture. Act as a business partner with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and recognize high performance. Requires on-site presence in Barcelona with flexible hours and up to three days of remote work per week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in network and system integration
- Experience in project management and leading IT teams
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
- Capable to build Technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the tech industry or similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
