Job Summary
IT Manager responsible for providing technical and operational support to hotel guests, staff and hotel systems. Facilitates compliance with security protocols, protects data, and ensures systems are optimized to meet the needs of the hotel team. Responsibilities include assisting guests and staff with technology needs, maintaining hospitality systems (PMS, POS, IPTV, VOIP, key systems, meeting/event tech), managing network and server infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and corporate IT, planning and deploying technology, backups, inventory, and security compliance, and providing after-hours support as needed. Requires leadership or supervisory experience and a related degree and/or 2 years of technical support experience. Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft platforms, networking concepts, and hospitality tech is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree in a related discipline and/or 2 years technical support experience
