Job Summary
Assess computing technology needs and recommend purchases or upgrades. Connect relevant technology using secure protocols and deploy updates in a minimally disruptive manner. Assign user profiles with appropriate permissions and create training materials on security protocols and connection procedures. Monitor network performance using analytical data to identify issues, respond to reported problems, and maintain information security for sensitive data. Proactively seek upgrades that improve productivity and network functionality. This role requires travel within Arkansas, early morning and late night shifts, and adherence to a 40-hour weekly schedule with occasional weekend work for major updates or incidents.
