Job Summary
IT Logistics Lead based in Singapore responsible for owning and scaling IT logistics across APAC, combining hands-on inventory execution with regional program leadership, vendor management, asset management ownership, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement of logistics systems and processes. Manage APAC IT logistics operations from Singapore, including receiving, tagging, staging, secure storage, cycle counts, device readiness, shipping, returns, repairs, redeployment, and hardware fulfillment. Oversee APAC hardware procurement vendors, the APAC High-risk travel program end-to-end, and the Oomnitza asset management environment with API-driven enhancements. Leverage AI, automation, and lightweight tooling to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and surface exceptions. Provide onboarding/offboarding support, onboard regional contractors, collaborate with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, People Operations, Workplace, and APAC stakeholders, and continuously deliver process improvements and regional operating cadences. Onsite five days per week in Singapore with regional coordination across APAC time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading IT logistics, hardware lifecycle, inventory, warehouse, procurement, or asset management operations in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on inventory discipline: receiving, tagging, staging, cycle counts, reconciliation, secure storage, shipping, returns, repair workflows
- Experience with asset management systems (e.g., Oomnitza) and improving data quality, workflows, and reporting
- Technical experience building/improving system integrations and automations (APIs, webhooks, workflow tools) to connect logistics, asset, ticketing, procurement, vendor, and reporting systems
- AI fluency or practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve operational workflows, documentation, analysis, reporting, or automation
- Vendor management experience across procurement, repairs, reverse logistics, SLAs, escalations, and regional shipping constraints
- Strong security, asset controls, auditability, and handling of sensitive hardware workflows
- Clear communication, ownership, and ability to work across time zones with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
- Comfort being the sole regional logistics owner while building scalable systems, documentation, and contractor models
