IT Logistics Analyst

IT Logistics Analyst supports IT onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle activities by preparing equipment, tracking assets, and assisting with logistics and basic technical tasks. This role focuses on routine operational support in a high-volume IT environment, ensuring equipment is prepared, issued, and returned in a timely manner while maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include device imaging, configuration, and deployment for new hires and rehires, basic hardware troubleshooting, asset tracking and location management, coordination of shipping/receiving, and collaboration with HR/IT for lifecycle transitions. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with multitasking, and a customer-service mindset. The role is a hybrid in-office/remote position based at the corporate headquarters in Del Mar, CA, with 3-4 in-office days per week depending on business needs.
