Job Summary
IT Local Super User responsible for first-level support, user trainings, and set-up of new customers within an Oracle WMS Cloud implementation. Responsibilities include error analysis and coordination with regional teams, testing software/releases, maintaining data quality, coordinating EDI mapping between K+N and customers, and developing SOPs for WMS integration. Requires 5+ years in contract logistics/3PL/warehouse environments, strong MS Office and Access skills, and mentoring ability. Opportunity to learn and expand duties as skills grow in a fast-paced logistics IT environment. Office-based role in Memphis with standard M-F hours; involves coordination with project managers and end users for system enhancements and testing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment
- 5+ years management experience in high volume, fast paced distribution center / warehouse environment
- Fluent with MS Office Professional package, with MS-ACCESS-database applications
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Knowledge of WMS systems and MHE
- Experience with IT systems in logistics or supply chain environments
- Operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred
