Job Summary
IT License Administrator responsible for managing operational software license activities across the end-to-end lifecycle, from request intake to registration and compliance monitoring, as well as ICT consultancy and hardware requests. Collaborates with IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure requests are processed accurately and in line with governance standards. Handles license management tasks via the ITSM tool Topdesk, coordinates quotations and ordering in ERP, registers licensing data in the Software Asset Management (SAM) tooling to track costs, usage, expirations and compliance, and maintains up-to-date licensing information. Key responsibilities include day-to-day license administration, license desk operations, audit preparation and support, user guidance on licensing procedures, contract and procurement support, and regular reporting on license usage and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum vocational education (MBO) level
- Demonstrable experience in administrative tasks related to financial processes such as purchasing and invoicing
- Interest in ICT, particularly in software, licenses, and contracts
- Structured way of working with attention to detail and good communication skills
- Proficiency in English and/or Dutch, written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Topdesk and ERP (JD-Edwards) desirable or open to familiarize oneself with them
