IT Lead PMO Analyst

Monitor portfolio and project financials, track budgets and variances, and conduct reconciliations to support accurate reporting and project closure. Analyze supplier and portfolio performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities while developing weekly and monthly dashboards for strategic planning. Partner with Program Managers, Finance, and Portfolio teams to review contracts, support resource forecasting, and manage Planview approval activities. Leverage AI-enabled tools and process improvement approaches to enhance data validation and reporting efficiency. Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resource planning and financial accountability.
