Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical delivery of strategic projects, validating architectures, designs, integrations, and developments while coordinating cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps. Supervise quality through reviews, testing, and deliverable control, ensuring adherence to Agile practices, DoR, DoD, and documentation standards. Manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers; oversee deployments, environments, releases, and implementation windows. Maintain technical and governance documentation while enforcing security, audit, and IT policy compliance. Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 remote).
Required Qualifications
- Professional IT with experience leading end-to-end technical delivery of strategic projects
- Ensuring correct definition, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of technological solutions
- Capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies
- Ensuring compliance with quality, architecture, security, and technology governance standards
- Experience in creating and following work plans
