Job Summary
Create and optimize process automations using Zapier and n8n, while improving internal workflows with AI solutions. Administer the Google Workspace environment and manage critical enterprise applications such as Superchat, SupaBase, and Clickup. Provide technical support for employee hardware including iPhones and MacBooks. Develop internal processes and convert them into partially automated AI implementations after the initial onboarding period. This role supports the expansion of the internal IT and process landscape at a leading LinkedIn consulting firm in the German-speaking region, offering a structured onboarding into relevant systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Maß an Disziplin (insbesondere beim Einarbeiten in neue IT Systeme)
- Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
- Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in JavaScript und Python
- Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung bzgl. KI und/oder Automatisierungsprojekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit API Anbindungen aller Art
Desired Qualifications
- Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Online Marketing, Coaching, Beratung etc.
