IT Internal Auditor Sr.

IT Internal Auditor Sr. evaluates processes, procedures, and internal controls over IT operations, systems, and applications; documents evaluations per internal auditing standards; participates in audits across organizational levels; develops audit programs with testing criteria to evaluate risks and controls; assists with reports and communications on audit results; and conducts training for new employees on audit processes and proposed operational changes. Preferred experience includes auditing against IT governance frameworks (NIST, ITIL, ISO, COSO), knowledge of IT infrastructure and security domains, and ability to perform data retrieval and analysis across diverse scopes. The role requires advancing to lead or supervise audit activities, collaborating with management and external auditors, and contributing to continuous improvements in controls and procedures.
