IT Internal Auditor

Job Summary
Execute controls assessments for IT Audits/Assessments covering Cloud, IT Asset, privacy, infrastructure, and system implementations. Perform SOX 404 IT internal controls testing for ITGC & ITAC and manage relationships with Information Security, external auditors, and third-party vendors. Manage audit issues, communicate with process owners/stakeholders, and support risk assessments to develop the annual audit plan with quarterly updates. Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintain independent judgment under the guidance of the IT Audit Manager. Requires 2-3 years of progressive technology audit and SOX experience, including Big 4 background, plus a Bachelor's degree and professional certification. This role offers a remote work option up to two days a week from the Pune base with core hours from 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST.
Required Qualifications
- Developed expertise and extensive experience with leading and performing IT Operations and SOX IT Audits
- communicating audit issues and process improvements to executives
- Experience with Oracle based products (EBS/EPM/etc.)

- RPA tools (BluePrism, Power BI, etc.)
- understanding of cloud computing (Azure, AWS)

- Familiar with NIST/ISO 27000/Privacy & AI Regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR, etc.)
- working knowledge of COBIT, COSO
- Strong interpersonally with demonstrated success managing concurrent projects independently
- 2-3 years of progressive technology audit and SOX experience (including IT General Controls [ITGC] and IT automated controls [ITAC]) in IT audit and Big 4 experience
- Bachelor's degree
- professional certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
