Job Summary
Meet with internal customers to document business and technical requirements, then design and model solutions that address those needs. Develop task plans, create prototypes, and build system modules while establishing IT processes and operational documentation. Troubleshoot technical or business system issues to provide root cause identification and resolution, and deliver end-user training and support. Participate in or lead project planning sessions to drive solution development. This summer project-focused role supports IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, or IT Security teams at Continental Resources.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an accredited four (4) year College or University
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- Eligible to work permanently in the United States upon graduation
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Any IT related development or support experience
