Job Summary
Build practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio by designing conversation flows, connecting agents to Teams and SharePoint, and testing workflows with Power Automate. Collaborate with business users to translate needs into AI agents that improve efficiency and support use cases like Smart Part Search and Quote Assistants. Assist in training users on prompt writing and document how agents operate. This hands-on role offers exposure to real business scenarios within Prysmian's North America Digital & AI team, where you will work alongside IT professionals to develop automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate only)
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong communication skills
- willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
- Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering
