Job Summary
IT Service Desk Intern to support and enhance internal IT support services. Responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware and software in a Microsoft 365 environment, setting up desktop computers (Windows and Mac), managing user accounts in Active Directory, assisting with procurement/distribution of IT equipment, supporting Office 365/SharePoint/ServiceNow tasks, contributing to knowledge base documentation, inventory management, troubleshooting audio/video conferencing systems, and collaborating with local IT vendors and internal teams. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise IT environment is gained. On-site in London; part-time internship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office applications, Teams, Outlook)
- Interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user services
- Basic understanding of networking, device management, or identity management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in the London office
