Job Summary
Develop skills in information technology including networking, application delivery, and system maintenance best practices. Assist staff with system maintenance functions and participate in IT Asset Lifecycle Management by replacing desktop equipment monthly. Support hardware and software troubleshooting while developing communication abilities to interact with IT professionals and business contacts via follow-up calls. Perform special projects as needed based on manager determination. This entry-level opportunity provides technical skills development and real-world IT experience for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
