Job Summary
Troubleshoot IT issues and implement corrective actions while maintaining equipment and inventory lists for PepsiCo Cork Campus. Support IT teams with reporting and analysis for weekly and monthly reviews, and assist in rolling out projects across the campus. Collaborate with local and remote teams, including participation in IT team meetings and the TY work experience program. Manage day-to-day tasks involving Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, SAP, and Power BI systems. This fixed-term internship provides exposure to global IT teams and best-in-class technology applications.
Required Qualifications
- Student currently studying BIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or another related field
- Good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Applications
- Open to working on activities where attention to detail is important
- Communicating messages effectively within your team and other colleagues
- Capacity to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner
- Bring ideas and creativity and make suggestions
- Comfortable working with teams including remote teams
