Job Summary
Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of all networked software and operating systems. Will provide end-user support and troubleshooting of applications and software. Serve as point of contact within IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users; help users with IT-related issues; perform computer repair and troubleshooting; troubleshoot software and network issues including basic Active Directory/Windows Domain problems; perform proactive maintenance on PCs and printers; configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners; provide first-level problem determination and resolution; escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members; monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on status; assist with special projects as needed; consistently meet or exceed performance criteria. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish; Citrix/iGEL experience; 2 years IT support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Field Technician experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Cisco and Networking experience
- Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 0365 environment
- Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
- Detail and customer service-oriented
- Problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience
- English fluency
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to Travel via Airline
