IT Integration Manager

Manage the integration layer between internal business applications and customer systems by overseeing enterprise integration architecture and standardizing build and deploy processes. Design and evaluate solution designs for new connections via REST APIs while ensuring security aspects such as encryption are maintained. Provide daily leadership to a team of five internal staff members and direct external partners or consultants during workload peaks. This role combines technical depth with people management responsibilities within a solution architect capacity. Work 40 hours per week across locations in Kontich, Heverlee, and other Circet sites as needed.
