Job Summary
As an IT Infrastructure Technician, you will provide 2nd level IT Infrastructure services in a multi-site Windows Server, Cisco network, and IP Telephony environment across EMEA. Key responsibilities include local network and desktop support, local server management, participation in infrastructure projects, interaction with local service providers, and managing local assets. Essential skills include technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, strong communication, customer care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Support will be delivered through a helpdesk ticketing system, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLA's). This role may involve on-call out-of-hours support.
