Job Summary
IT Infrastructure Technician responsible for providing technical assistance and support during preliminary installs, moves, adds, and changes; deploys network hardware and PCs using standard configurations; collaborates with vendors and clients, maintains documentation and timesheets, and supports onsite rollouts with a focus on meeting client expectations. Requires at least 1 year of IT help desk/support experience; certifications are assets but not required; willingness to travel to client locations and a valid 5-class driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year IT help desk/support experience
- CompTIA and/or A+ certification are assets but not required
- Willing to travel and regularly visit client locations
- A valid 5 class driver’s license is required
