Job Summary
IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst responsible for conducting system and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and usefulness for Inova Health System; providing standards information to vendors to ensure solutions meet security/compliance and operational standards; identifying best-fit software solutions; leading project task force meetings; developing and delivering training; coordinating with end-users to ensure clear requirements; maintaining vendor and user relationships and communicating status effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience
- 3 years of experience as a systems analyst
- Working knowledge of IT and hospital systems (Windows desktop environment, end user peripheral devices, CITRIX, Spok mobile, Xtend, EPIC, Contact center operations)
