Job Summary
Oversee IT infrastructure and daily IT operations across a modern industrial environment, serving as the primary point of contact for IT systems. Responsibilities include administering and improving end-user devices, servers, storage, networks, Microsoft 365, and business applications; providing daily IT support to office and production users; managing Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Windows Server, access rights, and permissions; supporting network and telecommunications infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, Wi‐Fi, IP telephony); virtualization and storage management (Hyper-V, Proxmox, NAS/QNAP); coordinating IT vendors, procurement, assets, licenses, documentation, upgrades, and migrations. Key skills include Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, backups, cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, virtualization/storage technologies, and strong communication with both technical and non‐technical users.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, IP phones, and user support
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, access management, and permissions
- Good understanding of networking, backups, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery processes
- Working knowledge of virtualization and storage solutions such as Hyper-V, Proxmox, NAS/QNAP, or similar technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, autonomy, and clear communication with technical and non-technical users
