IT Infrastructure Specialist

Lead automating onboarding/offboarding, access management, and device provisioning while managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune policies. Drive integrations across IT and business systems like HR and Finance, and implement identity and endpoint security controls including MFA and conditional access. Provide hands-on support to reduce recurring issues through standardization, own the endpoint lifecycle from procurement to inventory, and deliver digital workplace projects end-to-end. Support the Security team with audits and controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2. Requires 5+ years of experience, business-level English, and 3 days per week in-office attendance.
