Job Summary
Lead strategic planning, high-level design, and end-to-end implementation oversight of IT Infrastructure projects within the Financial Industry, ensuring alignment with business needs. Proactively manage overall project execution, encompassing business requirements, IT systems, and operational transformations to guarantee smooth delivery and cost efficiency. Act as a thought leader by objectively analyzing complex data, driving logical hypotheses, and proposing decisive technical and operational solutions. Facilitate high-level meetings and maintain advisory relationships with clients and business partners at equivalent professional levels. Standardize project deliverables to align with ABeam Project Management methodologies while fostering a collaborative team environment and mentoring members. Monitor project health and provide clear, data-backed status updates to supervisors and stakeholders. Work from an office environment with a focus on continuous self-improvement and AI adaptation.
